SAFE Haven For Cats currently has the following job openings available:

 
Animal/Shelter Caretaker

Full or Part-Time position

Seeking candidate who loves cats, has experience with taking care of cats, and is not afraid to get dirty!  You will be responsible for each cat/kitten’s nutritional, housing, emotional and medical needs on a daily basis.  Animal handling experience a plus.

Other duties will include disinfecting and cleaning of the shelter, doing laundry, and maintaining public areas. We need someone who is organized, thorough, a quick learner and can work relatively quickly yet safely.

Physical requirements: lifting up to 25 pounds, being on your feet for long periods, and kneeling. Salary based on experience.
