SAFE Haven For Cats (SHFC) is a no-kill shelter for cats located in the North Raleigh area of North Carolina. We are a unique community-based animal shelter. In addition to providing adoption services for cats and kittens in need of good homes, we also manage a foster program for animals requiring a little extra love and care. We further assist our community in providing feline spay and neuter services in connection with SAFE Care Feline Spay Neuter Clinic.

YES WE CAT!

Yes we Cat! - Valentine's Day

On Saturday, February 14, 2009 SAFE Haven for Cats hosted a special Valentine’s Day cat and kitten adoption event from 10 am to 5 pm.

Just for the day, a convenient special off-site location was set up. Yes we Cat! took place at the corner of Durant Road and Garvey Drive in North Raleigh:

Event Details

Refreshment were served for all prospective adopters. In addition to a box of Valentine’s chocolates or stuffed animal, every adopter received a handmade Valentine’s catnip mouse, a free bag of Science Diet food and a cat care book.

Yes we Cat! featured 45 friendly, healthy cats and kittens waiting for real homes.
