Tweety Bird is so not a bird! He is a super handsome teen guy who came to us all the way from the Outer Banks. His young life has been full of adventure so far, and he knows it's not over yet. He has been living the life at the shelter, but he has heard people talking about a forever home. He can't wait to find out what that's all about!
