Billy was reluctantly given back to Safe Haven by no fault of his own by his loving owners who had him since he was a kitten, due to change in living situation. Billy is a sweetheart who loves to cuddle and loves his light butt smacks! He is young and full of life! He gets along wonderfully with other cats, dogs, and people. He cuddled, and got along famously with their 75 lb pitbull mix! At first he is shy around new people and might hide at first, but he quickly warms up with just a little love and a couple light butt smacks! He adores being around people and getting loved on. He is very laid back but also enjoys his play time.
