With the expansion to add additional space in our complex, SAFE Haven will double from 5,400 to 10,800 square feet. The new space will be located across from our current shelter in the same familiar location for adopters, customers and volunteers.

Our expanded services will allow us to:

• Increase adoptions from 900 to 1,100 per year (nearly 22% increase).
• Expand surgeries in the Medical Center from 3,400 to 7,500 per year (more than double). High volume low-cost spay/neuter services are essential to reducing pet overpopulation and ending unnecessary euthanasia.
• Offer sterilization for larger dogs for the first time in our history through our Medical Center.
