This was my story:
Corndog came to Safe Haven as a stray from Apex. She is a very affectionate female torbie that loves to sit on your lap and be petted. Also, playful! No sassiness here! It appears that she is winking at you but no, her R eye is smaller congenitally but does not impede her vision at all. She's good to go!
