At just 11 months old, Redleaf Lettuce came to us as a stray found in Rolesville. With her beautiful black coat, a little touch of white on her chest, and the most stunning green eyes, she is one beautiful young girl! Red Leaf Lettuce can be a bit standoffish at first and likes to take some time to observe before deciding to join in. But pull out a ball chaser or teaser toy, and suddenly you have her attention! She may watch from a distance at first, but give her a little time to warm up, and her playful side starts to shine. Red Leaf Lettuce is looking for someone who understands that the best relationships sometimes take a little patience. Once she feels comfortable, she loves to play and let her personality come through. She would be happy as a solo kitty but also does well with other cats, so she could fit into a variety of homes. If you’re willing to give this lovely green eyed girl the time she needs to settle in, Red Leaf Lettuce just might surprise you with the playful kitty hiding underneath that cool, mysterious exterior.
