SAFE Care Clinic Appointment Deposit
Because spay and neuter appointments are in high demand and often book weeks in advance, as of July 1, 2026, SAFE Haven for Cats requires a $25 deposit per cat to reserve your appointment. This helps ensure that as many cats as possible receive the care they need.
Your deposit is not an additional fee. It will be applied toward the cost of your cat’s surgery, with the remaining balance due upon check-in on the morning of your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least three (3) business days before your appointment. This gives us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another family waiting for care. Appointments canceled with fewer than three business days’ notice, or missed without notice, will forfeit the deposit.
Thank you for helping us make every surgery appointment count and allowing us to serve more cats in our community.
