Our annual Clear the Shelters event is back, and every adoptable cat is just $10. It’s the perfect time to meet your new best friend while helping making more room for more cats to find the loving homes they deserve.

Whether you’re looking for a playful kitten, a snuggly lap cat, or a curious teenager with a one-of-a-kind personality, you’ll find dozens of amazing cats ready to start their next chapter at this year’s event.

This is an official event of the NBCUniversal Local WRAL Clear the Shelters program, which teams up with hundreds of shelters across the country to host adoption events each August. This nationwide pet adoption and donation campaign helps find loving homes for animals in need and has helped more than 1 million pets find their forever homes since 2015.
