On Wednesday, April 15, from 6:30–9:00 PM, we’re opening our doors for a special Won’t You Be My Neighbor Open House, an evening to bring our community together and celebrate the cats who make SAFE Haven so special.

This is a chance to step inside, learn more about our mission, and see firsthand how your support helps give cats a second chance. You’ll have the opportunity to see our cats and kittens in their spaces and experience the joy they bring, while our team shares more about our adoption program, clinic, and the work we do every day.

There’s no need to RSVP, just come by, enjoy light refreshments, and spend time in a warm, welcoming space filled with people who care about cats as much as you do. Whether you’re thinking about adopting in the future or simply want to learn more and be part of the SAFE Haven community, you are invited.

This evening is part of the Raj Mehta Day of Good, a celebration of kindness in action. We’re also gathering in memory of Tricia Crowe, a longtime volunteer whose gentle spirit helped make SAFE Haven feel like home for so many.

To keep our cats healthy and stress-free, guests will not be able to pet or handle the cats during the event. This is an important way we protect their well-being and ensure they stay happy and adoptable.
