THANK YOU for 25 Years!

Two Volunteers Cleaning Cat Cages

Our official anniversary date is July 17 – the day we rescued 17 cats 25 years ago! We’ll be sharing stories of the many, many cats who we’ve been lucky enough to save but we need your help. Help us keep rescuing cats by donating $25 to our birthday fund on Facebook or online. You can join the party with some great 25th-anniversary swag, including our stylish Team Meow shirts. Celebrate the cats with us and celebrate the lives we’ve touched!

Do You Feel Lucky?

Join us for Catsino Royale on Friday, August 2 at our new location – 5538 Lead Mine Road, Raleigh. It’s a FUN-raiser to save more kitties. Test your luck with blackjack, craps, poker, roulette, silent auction, cat bingo, and so much more. Sip on beer and wine while you munch on tasty snacks and homemade desserts. Dress casual and bring your friends for this fun night out! Get your ticket or become a sponsor.

Land of the Fur-ee

Cat Hiding Under Blanket

More pets run away on July 4th than any other day. Fireworks can be terrifying for animals – they’re loud, unpredictable, and hard to escape. You can help by staying calm while you reassure your kitty, putting on white noise or radio to help muffle the sound of fireworks, and limiting opportunities for your pet to slip out a door.
