On Wednesday, April 15, from 6:30–9:00 PM, we’re opening our doors for a special After Hours Adoption Event that’s all about kindness and cats.

This is a quiet, unhurried evening designed just for meeting cats who are ready to find a home. You’ll have time to visit with them, see their personalities shine, and discover the little things that make each one special: the gentle head bumps, the playful pounces, the soft purrs that say “I’ve been waiting for you.”

Our adoption team will be there to guide you, answer questions, and help you find the cat who feels like the right fit for your life. Whether you’re looking for a playful companion, a calm cuddle buddy, or a new best friend, this is your chance to truly connect.

At SAFE Haven for Cats, we believe in the quiet power of community. It’s a place where cats can rest, heal, and begin again. It’s a place where people show up for one another. And sometimes, it’s where two hearts find each other at just the right moment.

This evening is part of the Raj Mehta Day of Good, a celebration of kindness in action. We’re also gathering in memory of Tricia Crowe, a longtime volunteer whose gentle spirit helped make SAFE Haven feel like home for so many, both human and feline.
